I would actually agree with this if I have not read the original novel. After reaching the 20 episodes the story itself kinda felt not as good as how it started. I would say it is mainly because of the lack of context on every scenes, some of the major events have been rewritten and they made the actual scenes less violent and tolerable.
Honestly, if you like the story plot though, I would really recommend reading the novel. It is much really much better than the manhua. The main characters' thinking, desires, quirkiness, and overall personality were portrayed really bad. But if you know the overall context and their background, their character is actually written pretty good (if I base it in the novel)
Literally I'm getting tired of the uke, like I get the plot and why he acts the way he does (bc of the shits he is and has gone through) but it's just to much like you won't even listen to your lil brother no less speak up. He wants to go back to his world so hard but bud ion think it's happening with how the storyline is changing and I'm assuming he can't take it to account and admit how vastly different the story is the how he thought it was. Also ml and uke's way of communicating is so complicated like the ml brings up a subject then changes it later and the uke knows but does nothing and just goes along with it, moreover the about of time they just cut each other off and started talking about something else is so confusing like bro how are you gonna just ignore what he said? The the ignorance is shown so deeply in this MANHWA.
The way he tries SO hard to stay away from his brother and everyone else but suddenly folds the second the ML shows up?? Like bro, does your same stay away personality not apply to him or what? Your brother’s trying to have a conversation with you and you’re acting like he doesn’t fucking exist but the ML breathes in your direction and you’re already swooning. At least be consistent with your own damn character bro tf.
God, uke is so fucking annoying, he makes up excuses for the seme, abandons his friend, mistreat his brother, gets all "he won't listen if I say no so I'll say yes" like brother wtf is wrong with you.
