there's 45 chapters total but there's a whole bunch of nothingburgers between chapter 32-45 like the author giving lots of backstories to prolong revealing the reason but anways here are the main plot points from ch 32-45 so you guys dont have to waste your time:

-another timeloop started after that metal thingy fell on her, this time she's pregnant (wtf)
-she said it was impossible bc she's been taking contraceptives
-found out husband has been replacing contraceptives with fertility supplements
-she said she's done trying to find out the truth and live for herself, decided to have a little revenge tho hehe
-spread the sex videos of husband and sidechick to the sidechick's workplace and customers and husband's workplace
-sidechick started losing customers and was criticize heavily for the video and company to take disciplinary action against her (was obv fired)
-received a call from wife telling her that her actions has consequences and to stay the fuck away from her life
-husband workplace: husband tried to deny saying that's fake/AI, but little did he know the wife already exposed his identity in the video comment section so he cant get out of it
-sidechick came to the husband company to ask for help which then confirmed ppl's suspicion that it is him
-husband said was only using her bc she was easy to manipulate and she's nothing and rushes home
-husband came home to find wife but house was empty with divorce papers and the ring on the table
-wife visited mother in prison, mother revealed the whole timeloop thing started with her

mother backstory lore:
-rino's father was suppose to be infertile (or low fertility) and was stressing out bc he wants kids but cant have any his wife was controlling his diet and social life to cure his infertility
-got comforted by rino's mom, spent one night together and miraculously got pregnant (lol?)
-rino's dad admitted to wife but she refuses to divorce him
-wife was insecure, wanting to hold onto him, got with another man to get pregnant
-wife saw husband and mother in the shopping district shopping for baby clothes and saw her belly and got really angry that how come she was blessed with a baby by him and not her and stabbed her while pregnant
-timeloop starts, until the timeloop where rino was born (ig about 5 timeloops)
-wife was supposed to be away to parents house
-mother came to husband's house bc he wanted to see the baby one last time before she goes away forever (she and the baby keeps getting killed by the wife so shes going to hide from her)
-all of a sudden wife is there too, got really angry again and wanting to stab her with a knife but this time mother started to fight back
-father decided to interfere too to protect rino and wife was pushed against stove which started a fire
-all three are holding onto the knife which resulted in mother stabbing the father, and father telling mother to protect the kid
-mother thought going to prison would hide her from the wife and to avoid another timeloop

back to present:
-6 months later, rino was in a faraway land
-husband finally found her, both finally ready to face the truth, they had a talk
-husband revealed the reason for the affair: rino didnt want kids but he did but husband did not know she didnt want kids and was taking contraceptives in secret until he saw the packaging for the contraceptives (she was transferring them to a different container). she lied to husband and said those were just supplements and husband felt betrayed and empty bc of that. rino didnt want kids bc she's not confident she could be a good mother but she didnt tell husband that.
-anyways the whole affair started bc he was also self-destructive. he wanted to get away from the feeling of emptiness and wanted rino to find out about the affair so she could kill him and break her. husband revealed he was only using sidechick for revenge for not being honest.
-sidechick pops out from the alleyway, she was stalking husband the whole time and heard what was said, and surprise surprise she has a knife ready to stab rino lmao
-husband tried to stop sidechick, got stab in the end
-husband died, sidechick arrested
-rino had suffer a minor cut but she and the baby are okay
-3 years timeskip: rino and daughter were at the bridge where husband and her first met. they left flowers (must be anniversary of his death)
-daughter ask "was dad a good person?"
-wife answered "i don't know, but he was a sad person"
-end

idk i personally did not enjoy the ending at all, only satisfying part was her revenge on both of them lmao but i guess all of them had some sort of issues that coulda been resolved through COMMUNICATION
