It's over, and it was...fine?

This series feels like it was doing too much. The premise for the couple to "practice" sex with each other while hiding their feelings is forgotten after a little bit, the problematic coworker is the only reason their relationship moves forward and his family's threats are forgotten about, the homophobia past doesn't really affect much, and then we get a toxic side couple out of the blue that feels like a separate story.

All in all, this wasn't a bad read, but it feels like it was squandered potential, overstuffed, forgetting about plot points, and feeling rushed or dragging in certain areas.

same thought, i was wondering why bring a side couple suddenly to an already full plate barely explored.
