Just felt sick reading those chapters, like how did this start off as “oh they’re destined” “he’s different” to him being on the same level as the abuser, I feel like they’re trying to explain his savior complex, but he’s just abusing him the same way and making it his fault instead, IDK guys I feel like I know what they’re trying to do with the plot but it’s just written badly
