There is a lot that's missing, like the backstory and such. It moves In a weird pace, and I don't think the length of 4 incredibly short chapters is fitting for a complex dynamic such as this one. With that aside, I did find them interesting, but a lot of what was done didn't make sense. The violence, clinging onto the piercing then giving it back.. Too many contradictions, and the intentions were so vague. It felt like I just got a glimpse of 4 major events in these two girl's lives and am expected to comprehend the full story. It just feels unnatural with the pacing and shift in behavior between one another. The romance isnt articulated clearly, the violence feels more like shock value and I don't understand why it even occurs, there is no form of resolution or revenge despite both characters showing traits that would lead to such... It felt like a very static story. But for a 4 chapter story, it was okay. Not amazing, just okay. But Im very interested in the pair and I wish it was just written better...
