That makes no sense, Real Ciel probably wants to punish his little brother for stealing his identify, leaving him at the church, and getting big brother replacements.
What if the reason why RCiel framed Ociel as liar is to keep him safe? Like literally make him avoid to know truth while searching for the real culprit.
