Modri Vladis really thinks a demon will repent for his sins and change himself into a better man. He's being too empathetic, too rational to demons, demons don't care about what they are doing. They are demons, the whole point of them is that they sin and do blasphemy. They have their own religion/beliefs and they probably have their own ruler, God, Angels, and Heaven means nothing to them. He's putting human expectations on a immoral dark entity....
It was about this one guy working at a host club/bar and he was saed by some other guy (I think) in the past then the creep comes to his job. I think sex was in the title of the manga and it only had two chapters because the translator stopped updating it.
