What do you mean you’re preaching about being his guardian while actually being jealous? Ts pisses me off. Making the mc feel like a child when in reality it’s the older ml who’s jealous and he knows the mc likes him and yet he flaunts his relationships and what makes it worse? He returns the attraction! There’s a way to not be a pos and unfortunately he ain’t it rn. If you’re going to be gross and cross that boundary with a childhood friend…you knew as a baby then at least act accordingly
