This is a whole mess

So the MC does exactly what the super omegaphobic ML despises, yet the ML still decides to keep him...? Riiight. Even when he finds out the MC was, after all, a victim of his circumstances and ML's brother's the instigator, for someone as untrusting and omegaphobic as the ML to understand and forgive that is very out of character. This whole manga could've been more interesting and fleshed out especially with more in depth commentary on or depiction of traits vs autonomy, omega abuse and human trafficking, secondary gender identity struggle, trust and forgiveness, etc. Instead it slut shamed omegas who were repeatedly used against their will as well as abused (partially acknowledged by the story), it forced a very abrupt character growth for the ML and a relationship between the main characters (none of that possessiveness or love made sense to me given the characters had no depth or reason for depth in their bond; in fact, it should've been severed the moment deception came into play), and it ended with - oh well, we choose each other, fuck traits, so it must mean we're made for each other... While knowing the MC, under the guise of the older brother, raped the ML to make his alpha side come out. Nah, I don't buy it. This tried to be edgy and complex and "against all odds", but it's a mess.
