Maybe a hot take.. but I’m fr upset

WTF IS THIS SEASON??? I WAS SO READY FOR THERE TO BE YEARNING AND LOVE ON BOTH SIDES NOT WHATEVER THE HELL THIS IS???? Literally ruined Aaron’s character because I firmly believe that s1-2 Aaron is not the same as s3 Aaron like he loved Yujin and he wouldn’t want to hurt him, the way he reacted when he saw yujin under the blanket and scared at the end of season 2 showed how gentle he was with yujin. He didn’t want to scare him off bro and seeing this parallel blanket scene of s3 completely throw it all away and have him continue to push yujin into a corner I expected him to be angry and feel betrayed but this season took things to a whole other level that was so baffling and maybe it’s just I feel like it genuinely mischaracterized Aaron bro atp I might just write a fanfic for how I expected s3 to go because this is just painful and I’m very sad to see how this season developed after waiting so long. I don’t think the author should be getting death threats or anything like I’ve heard is happening but I think it’s fair to criticize how this season is going because the rape was genuinely unnecessary. I could have accepted him chaining yujins leg but him assaulting him when he slept after he lit almost got gang raped and then raping him after he woke up like that’s too far man. I thought him seeing yujin all beat up and having yujin hug him out of relief of being saved would have made his anger thin a little because of his reaction to the hug. I thought maybe he would have taken care of yujin like Jake from Shutline after shin got shot and nursed him back to health because yujin was beaten pretty bad. He could have been angry but also worried and they could have talked it out. Maybe my standards were too high but this is so upsetting for what really was a good story imo :(
