MC isn't exactly a great person--he's using ML for his sexual desires and even forced him to take an illegal drug that could've screwed him up (imagine if he became an Omega? It'd still be unethical, but I'd be down for a temp alpha/omega dynamic)--but the reminder that he's essentially on a downspiral is kinda sad. He had a "friend" commenting on how he must be broke for the penalties and alimony and the party, and he's still essentially at rock bottom since he hasn't gotten back to the job--and I'm worried he's not gonna get it back, that this is one of those "I never really wanted this" things, and it's gonna frustrate the heck out of me because this happens a lot with omegas/ukes; they either get fired, quit, or go to a "lesser" job.
