Nah those are common scanlation errors. Some languages don't have proper masculine and feminine pronouns so you'll see women called masculine pronouns a lot. The one with the random wrong language is likely a language they picked it up from (doesn't have to be the original language, just the language they found it in) and they just missed it
Scanlation is like Google translate, it has a lot of errors because it has little human oversight, but it's not ai.
Lorem ipsum is filler text to showcase fonts and stuff lol. I think they took the font and missed it a bubble.
nah scanlations aren’t always translated perfectly and ngl compared to some scanlations back in 2020 this would be one of the better ones imo
