I always wondered the possibility that Nona could manifest more than one needle, or change the size of the needle she summons. Like a comment left here said, she could probably use her needle to fix wounds, but in an extreme way, she could also sew people shut.
Her needle has multiple uses, but I wonder what more she could do with her thread too!
