Summary of this? is it good? worth reading?

Honestly I can't even give a proper summary cus the different translations are mixed up in my mind.

Best I can say is that, MC lives next door to a guy he knows (calls him hyung) but hyung is a sex machine and is always hooking up with one night stands.
One night hyung is really drunk and mistakes MC for one of his hookups and has sex with him. This begins their crushes on each other (I think this was the start anyways).

That's the basics, the plot isn't that good imo. I'm just here for the smut and art ╮(￣▽￣)╭
