I mean yeah this theory doesn't really hold water cause, A, how can Jinwoo do this? Maybe using the maggots or something? B, the stitches around his neck have always been there so idk? But maybe this countless repetition engraved the wounds from past loops into Guwon's body. Or maybe they're are just some cool as tattoos.
