Now the stitch part on his neck and hand makes more sense than the tattoo thing.
My theory is - Jinwoo has a wrong idea about Guwon killing his father. I think he was probably turning and Guwon noticed it so he killed him. But Jinwoo has clouded memory he thinks Guwon intentionally/ mindlessly killed his father. I think Jinwoo resurrects Guwon every single time as Guwon is a necessary part of that apocalyptic society. As the name suggests Sisyphus is a figure from ancient Greek mythology, famous for being punished by the gods with an endless, exhausting task. According to the myth, Sisyphus was a king who angered the gods, particularly Zeus, through his deceitfulness and attempts to escape death. His punishment was to push an enormous boulder up a hill, only for it to roll back down every time he nearly reached the top. He had to repeat this task forever. If we look at the metaphorical elements sisyphus is Guwon and probably Jinwoo symbolises the boulder- every time Guwon takes Jinwoo on that cliff and jumps off to start that endless repeated cycle. And every time the yown's people cuts guwon's body in pieces, hence the stitches.
I think Guwon remembers Jinwoo every single time ( just a theory) but Jinwoo does not as his memory changes every single time. In this chapter it's shown that he didn't die but the hounds are here also that piles of dead figures dream - it's probably his mind unconsciously telling him the incidents that has happened and slowly jogging his memory. All of this is just what I think.
