No, actually the novel is really well paced. The translation is good too. The novel is one of the top ones I'd recommend in the genre. The webtoon honestly doesn't do it justice. If the novel is a 10 out of 10 the webtoon would be like a four out of 10. The novel is just too detailed for a webtoon to do it justice at least without being 250 episodes. And long ones at that. Their intimate scenes in the novel are detailed and built up from the beginning. Also you also know what's going on in the main character's head. So it doesn't come off as grapey as it does in the webtoon. Because in the novel, he details how he likes it more, rough/non con. He wants the ML to basically push through his I would say, 'reluctance'. Yeah. It's good story.
