Honestly I wish we saw him stabbing ml. Like we had a really nice "successful running away and hiding" so mc still doesn't consider this situation as something he enjoys or wants. At this point author can go with two options with his "mind breaking", he can either stab ml or start to believe that he loves him as psychological attempt to shield himself from the cruel reality
