Exactly. The story keeps stacking the deck so every other option so it looks worse by force,the fiancé abandons her, the rebels can’t be trusted, her father is another bad choice. By the end it doesn’t feel like Grace has a real choice, to make it feels like the only path left open is the rapist.
Uh idk what to even say. Wish grace held a gun to up Leon’s head and shoot but whatever.
Also I hate the fact how Grace is talking this supposed “finance” of hers when he abandoned her and was ok for her to die like mf!? Idk this story is making it feel as if Grace just has two options of a stupid man or a rapist and she picks her rapist.
