That's too much dialogue exposition, it's basically a whole info dump, done in the worst way possible - some dude going on and on about the ML instead of the story showing us gradually who he is through more subtle, infered exposition, clues, etc. I've seen this type of dialogue-based or even direct exposition especially about MLs a looot in BLs, but I'm fed up with it and this story did it so obviously that I was annoyed by it.
