Lololol, he's an unc, bum guy, easy going, will be having a 'great' relationship with soleum. Super cool person. Some people like him cause of how he's such a bum (like i said, or a fumbler)
MILD SPOILERS
He is a character from Dark exploration records who Soleum looked up to. He is an agent of the disaster management bureau who will care a lot for Soleum, whom Soleum will confess about his worries to, but... he will fail in helping Soleum, even if with good intentions. This is why he is called a fumbler (in a funny way) and why he is loved by the fandom.
Hey can someone tell what's going on with this "agent choi"? Maybe some spoiler could help I wanna join the fun too
