The hell this male lead is a cheater through and through, he since childhood is in love with mc , so when he thought in the past that they both would become alpha and omega and become lovers but mc ended being a beta and his plans fails. (do not understand this since they can still be lovers as beta do exists in this world and they love normally...)
Male lead perspective would be nasty as why would he do this:
can someone tell me why ml dates multiple beta , while knowing that mc is not dating anyone and is virgin. even though he still has the most monopoly over mc's time. and if given time and effort they would be together , so why even bother with dating betas. its not like you have a heartbreak over mc being with someone else, you have mc completely to yourself.

And no parent would want their 15 to 16 year old to act like animals and rut and heat with alpha and omega. as the risk of pregnancy and accidental hurting each other is so much more. so suppressants should always be the primary method , as long as they don't have a lover.
