These people have clearly never been in a relationship. Everything is rape to them.

On a real note, its what you and your partner have established in boundaries. Its genuinely a turn on for some and encouraged, others not so much, its an invasion of privacy and trust

Exactly! Some genuinely don't care either.

My issue is that "rape" is such an ugly and serious thing. But when every fucking thing gets labeled "rape", in a way it loses it's true meaning.

Uhhh on a real note, sleeping with someone while they're unconscious IS rape, you don't need to be a sex savant to know that??? The "it doesn't matter cus he liked it anyway" defense has been used for decades at this point to defend this happening in yaoi (And in real life

I think its very good that we've started putting so much emphasis on consent and making sure its properly attained in a society with such prevalent rape-culture. Like that very well could have been rape had Eunsan not wanted it/felt violated in any way. Because truth is you cant give nor revoke consent while unconscious. Realistically though, couples practice doing things without explicitly given consent all the time. Kissing without asking, groping while the other is doing something else, etc etc. In truth, unless youre asking every step of the way you are running the risk of violating consent. Somno is a genuine kink ppl have but the ppl involved (irl at the very least) know its a version of cnc with a massive gray area of dubious consent. Because what if you say i can fuck you in your sleep that night but then when you wake up to it you hate it? That would technically qualify as rape as you weren't in the position to revoke consent since you were unconscious. It's something that can and should be taken seriously.

Actually the meaning is just broad, because every sexual activity without an enthusiastic, clear consent is a rape. They didn't specify if it's okay, he didn't said yes. Ian at that time didn't know if he has green light and still did it. It's still yucky and only because Eunchan was kinda fine with it, you don't see it as a rape. Imo it is, no matter how much they are into themselves

He couldn't be into it bc he wasn't even aware it happened. Is it Hunter degree r@pe? No ofcourse not, that's obvious. Do I think he should rot in jail now? Also no. But he fvcked him without his consent. That's r@pe. And it's being reasoned as he's very desperate and impatient bc he has been in love with him for years, and I get that. And that isn't bad or anything, but since the start of the comic he has been crossing Eunsan's boundaries bc of his desperation and impatience, and that's not okay. And we should keep addressing it, and raising awareness. Stealing a car and robbing a bank are both theft even tho one is several times worse. They should both still be punished on theft. Tho the punishments severity should match the severity of their crimes.
