Ishimon is surprised cuz sylphan isn’t his usual self cuz he realized that he’s suffering from memory loss again cuz they lost the recipe medicine for the non side effects medicine, despite sylphan leaving he’s still suffering from the mania or whatever his sickness is, ida who made the medicine died and they can’t figure out what her recipe for the medicine she used to give him, for gjord honestly we have no idea what he’s doing but hes definitely trying to help sylphan recover + get sylphan title back
