Stuck

They've always been toxic and it is tiring, but we cant stop reading it somehow. I think it's because we're slowly brainwashed by taeui himself, how he seemed to always see hope in ilay, seeing smallest bright side of ilay's character development, and he's right about it. Wether its stockholm syndrome, or taeui being stubborn (ive seen comments), its always a thin line between them. But if taeui really wished for ilay to change, it would be HARD. Ilay is actually one of a good representation of a psychopath and i want to appreciate the writing/pace that really build that up. Maybe the character writing that makes us, or at least me stays up, but i agree, it's a rough journey.

Hey, if you haven’t read the novels and the sequels, I have a feeling u might love them. The author is crazy good at writing consistent and unique characters. The characters' psychology is so so well written too. I don’t even like reading novels, but this one specifically changed my mind…Damn it, I’ll admit it, it changed my life atp.
