The tattoo in chapter 27 is completely wrong in Latin "Habeo a magnus mentula" means nothing at all, it should have been "Habeo magnam mentulam" if the writer wanted to say "I have a big dick" What it's written instead is "Habeo" = I have "a mentula" = from a dick (a= from + ablative female noun) "magnus" = big (nominative male adjective) Basically nothing is right apart of Habeo and if I had to give the translation of what the writer actually wrote it would be "I, as someone big, have from a dick" (Obviously if mangnus wasn't in between "a mentula" destroying the sentence)
