The story is your standard misunderstanding story, but It's not that bad The MC already done telling his true feeling, so whether or not the ML understand his own feeling it's his fault and I think they already communicated enough, its not like the results will be different from their past if MC tell him about the baby or his feeling again, it's not like MC can make the ML grandpa like their relationship and baby just by communicating alone (what if the ML grandpa hurt the baby, ML of course will protect MC but who wants to have complicated family like ML XD , even I will think again to have relationship with him if he has granpa like that) and it's not other people bussiness if he doesn't want anything to do with ML anymore, cause he mad at ML for so long, he probably wants a little revenge like this by hiding his baby the problem is just the ML who can't understand that he also love the MC that make the MC misunderstand and mad at him (but it's more like the author fault, a lot of author like to make ML who can't understand their feeling all the time for the sake of the drama)
