Some of these new comments about the new chapter confuses me. There’s no way ya’ll thought they were finally going to be something more and it’ll be more romantic …. Again ml is clearly confused and slowly figuring out his feelings which is *something more* for mc.
Right now he’s at the processing and yearning stage… simply why he slept with mc. It was supposed to be a slip in the moment for them (both mc and ml did not do that out of romantic feelings intention) they we’re BOTH just craving different things from each other in the moment…Yihyeon wanted warmth and comfort he always craved, Goo Seung-hyuk just wanted Yihyeon because of how he started yearning his touch.
Honestly speaking yes last 2 chapters showed a mix of Seung-hyuk being a bit nicer because he’s figuring out his feelings for mc more but he was still the same him and still kept distance between them and was cold, hence even after they slept together… (it was never supposed to be a super romantic moment…, more of an “in the heat of the moment” event…). So that’s that…
This chapter is also way too short and feels like dialogue and part of the story is missing so we really can’t say anything about ml from this chapter… like the beach scene where he pulled Yihyeon from the water and seen a memory of Yihyeon younger is maybe him reminiscing about past history they shared that he couldn’t forget?.. or something important that the author didn’t really highlight on… like there was no conversation after that or no questions asked just straight to the car and driving again.. so that was also a bit confusing.
