So, according to someone, the top kidnaps the bottom and rapes him but makes him think that it's multiple other people doing it, but it's just him the entire time. The entire job proposition was, in fact, just a setup to kidnap our MC by the ML and the ML's brother or family member. In addition to this, this is not the first time the ML has done something like this to someone; there are multiple other victims.

Yeah, this guy is sick, and our MC, to protect himself, has to basically act as if he loves him, so the rapist won't get people to 'gangrape' him; again, the whole time it's ML who is doing it whilst our MC is drugged.
