A lot of people are saying that this feels like a runaway preggers situation, but honestly I feel like he's gonna find out he's pregnant, but then have the conflict resolution before he could really run away. The "runaway" aspect will most likely be him locking himself at home, or going to stay at a friend's, but he will still be within close proximity to the alpha

Anyways plot:
From what I can remember it's about 2 guys who are in love with each other but their families disagree and they're like I don't want to be with anyone else, so the ML shoots himself in the head first and the MC is like well I don't want to live in a world without my love :( and shoots himself too. Then it cuts to the "modern" day and they are students and the MC remembers the past life but only as a dream he goes to school but he's afraid of loud noises because well he not only shot himself but witnessed his lover shoot himself too. And they meet the MC AND ML but don't recognise each other because well different bodies duh. And the MC is really into cooking/baking
