I have a feeling that Chan summoned a monster (the black thing that gave him the scar) and for him to feel “better”, Duelle has to eat those black things (hence why his fingers turned black), the more he consumes the worse he gets. So it’s either Duelles life or Chans life (I also have a feeling the manager will later have a cure to Duelle turning black since he’s family are excorcist)!
