(sry accidentally tapped post; continuation) orpheus's obsessive protection and you have to take in consideration that she has definitely lost her sanity, not trying to justify "cheating" but you have to realise literally the context screams that they don't even love eachother anymore, also her death also stopped time from reverting ig it wasn't clear (all in all, if you take in this story as is on the surface, you will obviously not understand anything and when it's written in such ambiguous way too, interpretations of it could be wrong and so whatever i said can be wrong but, as a reader, it gives me joy to create different meanings from such open endings and storyline)
this was a tragic story, which some you of really couldn't understand, love is fragile, and this short manhwa shows exactly the dark one many form of love, they shared an intense love, in their drunk self of love, orpheus failed to distinguish between the right and wrong, so blinded by the fact that he didn't wanna lose his young love, he thought immortality was better, and really if you look deeper, at the end eurydice killing herself was her way of freeing him from the responsibility he bound himself too, the line "don't look back till you reach underworld" or smth signifies imo that they had no other choice but to thug it out thru "love", it just became more and more twisted. also eurydice "cheated" bcz she no longer felt the affection in ru
