I love the art style, like the lineart and coloring are perfect for each other, they draw dynamic and the sex scenes really well too! Like damn did you see that in ch 84 when Moonsung straddled Hoyeon and regretted it cuz they went at it for many more times hahaha but damn that scene was amazing to look at. The action scenes are no less either, Moonsung is too elegant in attacking.
The plot is also amazing, its sharing generously about the world of the awakened (like how are powers given and the researches about it) while still focusing on the main plot (revenge) and still having time for the progression of Moonsung and Hoyeon’s love life. Although there were parts of the plot we’d like to dig deeper at, amazingly they actually covered all bases of the plot. Like that’s really amazing, wish there could’ve been more but I’m actually plenty satisfied. They also explained Moonsung’s disappearance well and I love how it shows through him want to be learning about the world, like Hoyeon’s part time job as his tutor.
Wish I could’ve seen more of Hoyeon’s traing to stabilize his powers (and showing many more potential) cuz that stunt with the burlap sacks got me cracking…. But then this mahnwa is all about ‘Ghost’ so yeaaa. But I wanna see them sparrrrr
Also… they were meant for each other’s loneliness… Moonsung, who felt he was out of place in that current world, and Hoyeong, who felt lost what to do with life. Moonsung finally found a reason to move forward, which is why he gave up on the doctor. Cuz imagine he killed him and he got his revenge, what then will his purpose of living be after that? For Hoyeon, he finally found someone he’d dedicate his life with and even looked for his bae after snubbing his mom after meeting him after a long time lol. Wish they could’ve inteoduced properly tbh… if Hyeon’s mom find him familiar he can just say that he’s the neighbor’s relative or simply shrugged it off but then given how people treated him after he came back, makes sense why he’d fret over that.
