does anyone know how long it takes to get a manga chapter approved after uploading?

It can get posted right away or take hours. In the second case you have to email the webmaster.

Do it around noon-afternoon in china time if you want it approved fast. Otherwise you'll probably wait 1-3 days

first time uploading smth, it took less than an hour !
