forever grateful for this piece of work… i am not used to chinese manhuas, they differ in the overall structure of the storytelling and tend to be somewhat more focused on deep insightful dialogues which are very often extremely sad and nostalgic. I am also very easily bored by very long stories, but this time i am so glad i didnt give up on the first chapters…. this is a very precious hidden treasure of a story, everything is so well written, starting from the characters to their growth and relationship between them. The only thing i would have to worry about is recommending it to people not easily triggered by depictions of homophobia (abusive in both verbal and physical forms), i found it pretty heavy myself, and i’m not a squeamish person…. but it made me cry uncontrollably
It’s easy to grow attached to the main characters, thats what makes this story special! It will be forever one of my fav manhwas and i’ll always treasure it <3
