I think it's not that serious to tell someone they would look cuter if they loss weight just took it as an example like going to gym to have fitness and for health and to gain muscle/loss muscle
ngl it is that serious, imo that shit rude as fuck to say to somebody, and its not like he's morbidly obese n shit, you can be fat/chubby n still be healthy n cute.
