The MC is going out with a girl and the ML, but is trying to drift away from the ML because he's like "I'm straight", but now he wants to see ML and keeps comparing his girlfriend to him. This is a bit of a spoiler for later on based of the original version before this redrawn re-release, but the MC does actually like the ML, but the tumor is making his head screwy because it's pressing on the part of his brain for decision making, so he's doing things that he doesn't even know why.
No one knows he has a tumor yet, but he is getting worse. He blacked out and collapsed in a pool of his own blood, and didn't wake up until almost a day later, missing the match that he promised ML hed see. This is how the drifting off started.

I forgot half the plot except that the MC is sick, going to die (I think in 3 months?) and he’s fake dating the ML who’s don’t know that he’s sick and faking his feelings.
Please if anyone knows anything else tell me. Because I genuinely don’t remember TT
