Why do you dislike Yoo Il? He was innocent, bright and was just doing his best to be good to the person he loved. The old man on the other hand used his innocence to manipulate and control him. Yoo Il is innocent here
I'm not saying that ahjussi was right but Yoo Il wasnt that innocent either. Ahjussi really should had told him about Yoo's father and his ex-wife but he was afraid and in depression - he tried to suicide many times. Yoo said some harsh things to him without paying attention to his feelings and did not tried to understand him, he was selfish too, I think.
