Some people think its wrong for adults to have romantic and sexual relationships with minors (you know, children, the humans who are super impressionable, with underdeveloped brains, super easy to manipulate or hurt especially, mentally)
Why should they end up together tho? Because the nephew fell in love? For starters, the guy has been in love with the sister forever, 2nd he basically raised the child, 3rd the notion of family is strong enough for him to never have confessed to the mother and even raise her children in her stead, 4) he's 14! (not that it matters in yaoi). Personally, I don't like the boy, you ruin the atmosphere by pushing your feelings and making it very difficult for everyone. Come back when you're 18 or just move on.
