Apparently by the facts that are displayed in the manga we can know that the uki might have klinefelter syndrome . And its a very rare state where the born male is born with an extra x chromosome rather than having one . So rather than being xy its xxy .and that can give the male more female genes .and by that it can affect the bones structure to make it even look more female like .and the dick is small . Also the whole character will be not that strong
