I agree 100%. If people could just accept it's rape and then enjoy the manga knowing it's rape, there wouldn't be a problem at all. But that's not the case as displayed in the comment section. We have people who outright deny there was any rape and say there was consent. They justify the action with excuses that are simply invalid.

No one is complaining about the rape. There are people on this saying it wasn't which is disgusting. Just because he's stronger and could push him off DOES NOT mean he wasn't raped. Lots of rape victims freeze up in shock while being attacked. You disgusting people need to get rid of your nasty ass mindsets. Enjoy the story all you want but stop trying to justify the characters' actions. That guy got no consent because THE MAN WAS FUCKING ASLEEP. Just because he got hard does not mean he wanted it.
