Mary is the real name of the twin that went to Hydra to turn him into a vampire. 'Mary' gave up his name to his younger brother to take his place.
Since 'Mary' died the Mary is now called Bloody from the rest of the vampires. His real name is unknown until the end, but in the twin's story from the past gave a hint that both their names meant the same.
It's confusing when same names are used for both of the twins.
But for Hydra Mary is the name only for her 'Mary' that she love and calls the Mary that she hates Bloody.

Yeah very confusing. Personally I call him Mary since fits well with Maria and the other Mary I just call him that Twin. But for all the Vamps in the story they call him as Bloody.
