Can someone help me find this manga?

There's a manga that I can't find. The uke comes home after work and finds out his boyfriend was cheating on him and so he punches him. Uke later falls in love with the artist seme who likes uke's smile but later on have relationship troubles when seme focuses more on work than uke. Uke gets fed up because it's like his previous relationship all over again and goes home. Seme starts to realize his mistake and that he broke his promise in making sure he will take of uke. Seme runs over to uke's hometown to find him and apologize. That's the gist of the story. Many thanks if you can find me the title
