How to get notifications of updates!?

I absolutely love this so much but I’m always missing out on the updates and read it a few days after it comes out. How do I get a notification of chapter updates??

Have you chose the option "I am reading this manga"?

I found that I need to tag what I'm following as "now reading" and eventually add them to a list. Notifications will arrive for sure
