Help needed!!

There this manga that i once read..it is about the seme suddenly askes to brake up with the uke..cos he feels like their relationship turn somehow tasteless without considering the uke feelingΣ( ￣□￣||)..they somehow make an agreement where they will still stay together but they are free to be with whoever they want..the seme changes partner easily and also tends to bring women back home eventhough the uke still staying with him..the uke had enough and bring another man home that turn out making the seme realise he couldnt bare to see the uke being embrace by another guy eventhoug it already too late.. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
