Yeah... this is a unhealthy relationship ... they have not communication and they do not open their heart each other... It takes some willpower to read this webtoon and the novel it was based on, as the plot is tragic and both of the characters are so frustrating meaning it ends with nothing getting resolved and a whole lot of regret that could have maybe have been resolved if they both communicated. Even if they decided in the end to separate formally as the result of them both being honest.The storyline could have been refreshing, mature even, but it came off a bit of a disappointment rather than a realistic way in how a couple on the verge of breaking up would handle late stage cancer.
