I literally just finished reading the raws of volume 1 (i'm actually depressed so this doesn't help at all) and I'm sobbing literally sobbing ┗( TへT )┛this was so sad and heartwarming and wholesome, and all of this from just from seeing the drawings because I can't read japanese but the ending wasn't quite right I felt as it was incomplete so I was about to start looking on google to see if there is a volume 2 (and prying it does) but before that I started reading the comments here and i saw this, do you have the links to read those 2 volumes that aren't here? I will give you my soul if you do （/TДT)/

he was depressed when seme in coma and ended in relationship with someone (there is nurse that cheering him and they ended together until seme wake up from coma)....thats hurt me a lots
I think they weren’t together (base on the raws, correct me if I’m wrong pls) and the Nurse just falls for him cause of his loyalty towards the seme. Although the Nurse had an advancement, which the uke wavers but after that, the uke still choses the seme.
