It depends on what type of diet you would like to do.
If you want to lose weight in general, like losing weight to have the body YOU want than I guess I' show you what I did.
(I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!)
EXAMPLE
Breakfast: Have an egg, with toast and 3 thin slices of avocado if you are hungry.
Snack: Banana. (Your own healthy milkshake!)
Lunch: Veggie burger
Snack: Pistachios with strawberries
Dinner: Rice with fish (salmon) with a salad (lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and etc.) (Don't forgot your veges)
(You can substitute the rice with something else. My family is traditional so yeh (⌒▽⌒).)
EXERCISE 3 TIMES A WEEK
Remember, only eating healthy won't get you the body you want faster. There are other ways of getting the weight/ body you want faster, by exercising no more than 3 times a week, There isn't really a time limit, its just HOW much you exercise. ( ̄▽ ̄)
I lost around about 3.4 kilos in 2 months.
If you are a teenager, its easier to lose weight than an adult or someone who has been pregnant.
TIPS:
Don't eat 3 hours before bed.
Stand up after you eat.
Drink a glass of water before you eat.
I had a situation where i was doing really well for a week, but than had a cheat day after a week... ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
ITS OKAY IF YOU FAIL, start slow, maybe have less food each day, don't just go from 1 to 100 so quickly!!! If you do that you will give up easily and it would be very hard.
