Hmmm i kinda feel that ruka is not attracted to maya sexually, its just that nemu at the moment is kind of a nuisance for ruka thats why hes trying to break them up.

Ruka is not interested in Maya in a way that Nemugasa should be worried, he just wants him to be his business partner or secretary per se. Since they both have the same interest in terms of jobs and Maya is capable unlike ruka whos condition is poor.
