I have a theory that Jin and Sahara are two parts of the same person/being.
I mean, Jin means Dragon, Sahara probably as in the desert, and if I'm not mistaken, Suu is the japanese onomatopoeia for rain falling. Besides that, Jin and Sahara look REALLY similar, both are really into Suu, and I think that was Jin in that flashback saying that Rahan will never see a drop of rain, which is something that Sahara says all the time. Plus their polarizing powers, Jin = healing, Sahara = poisoning, and the fact that Sahara says he'll die if he calls down the rain. I kinda think Sahara is like, Jin's manifestation of his anger.
